The BamBooBay UK Bodysurfing Championships and Euro Bodysurf England 2021 will now take place over the November 13-14th weekend.

Both events had to be postponed back in September due to a lack of waves, the sea completely flat on both days. A very active Atlantic hurricane season this year will hopefully ensure there are waves this time around!

As well as the UK Champs, the UK Bodysurfing Association CIC are very excited to be hosting the 3rd leg of Euro Bodysurf 2021 for the first time, the other 2 legs taking place in Anglet, France and Mehyda Beach, Morocco.

Both events are sponsored by BamBooBay and are taking place with support by Surfing England.

Entries to these events have reopened so if you wish to compete in either or both it’s not too late to do so. Please go to the UK Bodysurfing Association CIC or Surfing England to find entry forms and further information.

The BamBooBay UK Bodysurfing Championships 2021 are also sponsored by WAW Handplanes, Alder Sportswear, DMC Fins, korev Cornish Lager and the Fistral Beach Bar.

Both events are organised by the UK Bodysurfing Association CIC. The Association recently arranged a group session for its members at The Wave, with further sessions planned for 2022. Members will often arrange ad-hoc local meet-ups whenever the waves are favourable.
